Formula
The mattes in this palette are rich and smooth and simply blend themselves out effortlessly. When I started using this palette I was amazed at how easy it was to create a look. I barely had to put any work in for the mattes to seamlessly blend out.
The metallic shadows are very flexible in that you can apply with a brush for a subtle shimmer or use your finger or dampened brush for a foiled high impact foiled metallic. These metallic and duo-chrome shades are very pigmented! I love to build them up so my shadow almost looks wet because they are so shimmery.
In terms of wear time, I was amazed at how well they lasted! Recently I wore my makeup for a really long time to where most of my base makeup has melted off but this eyeshadow persisted after hours and hours of wear WITHOUT an eye primer. This eyeshadow does not budge and you do not have to worry about using a primer with this palette either.
Colour Story
At first glance, I feel like it is easy to see this palette being quite one-dimensional but when you take a closer look at the swatches you can see how versatile it really is! There is a range of bronze, red, gold, copper and even dark blueberry tones that vary in their warmth.
This means that when I pull out this eyeshadow palette I am not only going to get the same bronze eyeshadow look every time as the variation in tones means you can play around with many different looks! These warm hues are also very flattering on all complexions and eye colours.

Is It Worth Your Money?
If you are a lover of warm-toned eyeshadow then this will quickly become your pride and joy. If the price feels steep it would be perfect as a special treat or gift. For the size and quality of the palette, £60 can begin to seem like a reasonable price (£4 a shadow) as it will last you forever!
In conclusion, I am very happy I own this palette and I will continue to use it especially in these colder autumnal months when the colour story is perfect for this season. If this colour story is not necessarily your thing I would encourage you to check out the Natasha Denona Glam Palette which is on the cooler, more neutral side, the Natasha Denona Retro Palette which is full of pinks and plum tones or the Natasha Denona Zendo Palette which has a bit of everything from pinks to turquoise to bronzes tones. They are all the same style, quality and price so if this palette is appealing I would say have a little shop around before buying anything.
